I edit e-flux Film Notes, a weekly publication examining the relationship between modern and contemporary art and cinema. The publication brings together commissioned essays, conversations with artists and filmmakers, production related materials, experimental writing linking the past and the future of moving-image art, and republications of resonaring historical texts by artists and filmmakers. The publication's concerns include the aesthetic potentials and limits of moving image art and the social and institutional conditions of artists' film production, exhibition, and circulation. My work involves commissioning and developing texts, conducting interviews, and contributing editorial essays.
